relating to human services; increasing day training and habilitation transportation
rates; appropriating money.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

HABILITATION TRANSPORTATION RATES.

new text begin The commissioner shall increase day training and habilitation transportation rates
under Minnesota Statutes, section 252.46, subdivision 1, paragraph (a), clause (3), by $2
per day per client.

Sec. 2. new text begin APPROPRIATION; DAY TRAINING AND HABILITATION.

for the 2010-2011 biennium to increase day training and habilitation transportation rates
