Creating a responsible family life and sexuality education program; requiring school districts to offer and independently establish policies, procedures, curriculum and services for providing responsible age appropriate and medically accurate family life and sexuality education for grades 7 through 12; granting parents or guardians opt out authority; specifying certain notice requirements of school districts; authorizing department of education to offer certain program implementation assistance to school districts; repealing a certain provision relating to programs to prevent and reduce the risks of sexually transmitted infection and diseases
