relating to economic development; appropriating money from the workforce
development fund for a grant to Lifetrack Resources.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; LIFETRACK RESOURCES.

new text begin (a) $500,000 in fiscal year 2010 and $500,000 in fiscal year 2011 are appropriated
to the commissioner of employment and economic development from the workforce
development fund for a grant to Lifetrack Resources for its immigrant and refugee
collaborative programs, including those related to job-seeking skills and workplace
orientation, intensive job development, functional work English, and on-site job coaching.

to the commissioner of employment and economic development from the workforce
development fund for a Lifetrack Resources immigrant and refugee collaborative program
in Rochester.
