BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin PARENTS' FAIR SHARE PROGRAM.

$275,000 in fiscal year 2010 and $275,000 in fiscal year 2011 are appropriated
to the commissioner of human services from the general fund for grants to counties to
operate the parents' fair share program to assist unemployed, noncustodial parents with
job search and parenting skills.
