A bill for an act
relating to agriculture; repealing the ethanol producer payment program and
the minimum ethanol content requirement; repealing Minnesota Statutes 2008,
sections 41A.09, subdivisions 1a, 2a, 3a, 4, 10; 239.791, subdivisions 1, 1a,
10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

239.791, subdivisions 1, 1a, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15, new text end new text begin are repealed.
