relating to day care facilities; instructing the commissioner of human services
to amend a rule.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

The commissioner of human services shall amend Minnesota Rules, part 9502.0425,
subpart 2, to prohibit fire pits in outdoor play spaces. The commissioner must comply
with Minnesota Statutes, section 14.389, in adopting the amendment.
