1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

1.10new text begin by that agency through the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010, at the base level for that new text end
1.11new text begin fiscal year, as determined and adjusted according to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.11, new text end
1.12new text begin subdivision 3, and previous appropriation acts, are appropriated to the agency from the new text end
1.13new text begin appropriate funds and accounts in the state treasury. The base level for an appropriation new text end
