A bill for an act
 relating to state government; prohibiting the state from purchasing products from
Jennie-O Turkey Store or its subsidiaries until a certain date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin PROHIBITION ON OBTAINING GOODS FROM JENNIE-O
TURKEY STORE.

new text begin The state of Minnesota and its departments and agencies shall not purchase
products from Jennie-O Turkey Store or its subsidiaries until Jennie-O Turkey Store or
its subsidiaries ceases all alleged unfair labor practices, whether past or present, that are
prohibited by section 8(a), subsections (1) and (3), of the National Labor Relations Act.
