relating to environment finance; appropriating money for drinking water
biomonitoring and health tracking.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin DRINKING WATER BIOMONITORING AND HEALTH TRACKING.

$300,000 in fiscal year 2010 is appropriated from the clean water fund to the
commissioner of health for biomonitoring and environmental health tracking to assess
chemical exposure occurring due to contamination and degradation of groundwater
sources.
