1E Modifying certain eligibility provisions for medical assistance (MA) and MinnesotaCare; requiring commissioner to develop a preprinted form containing the child's income information; providing for delayed verification under certain conditions; extending MinnesotaCare eligibility to minor residents of foster care or juvenile residential correctional facility upon becoming an adult or upon termination or release and providing an exemption from MinnesotaCare eligibility requirements, specifying effective coverage dates; extending MinnesotaCare eligibility to children and families with incomes beyond a certain percentage of federal poverty guidelines, to certain families failing to submit renewal forms and related documentation, to a certain percentage of the federal poverty guidelines, and the premium exemption; expanding certain exemptions to the prohibition on employer-subsidized health care coverage for MinnesotaCare; providing for express lane eligibility and requiring the commissioner of human services to notify certain families with children identified by the department of education through the free and reduced-price school lunch program of potential MinnesotaCare and MA eligibility; requiring commissioner to resubmit certain prior MinnesotaCare and MA forms for federal approval; repealing waiver of maintenance of effort asset requirement for MinnesotaCare
