relating to the arts; appropriating money to Independent School District No.
813, Lake City.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

$....... in fiscal year 2010 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage fund
to the commissioner of education for a grant to Independent School District No. 813,
Lake City, for lighting and sound equipment in the high school auditorium, and other
renovation of the auditorium for purposes relating to performing arts. This appropriation
is available until expended.
