Requiring licensed real estate brokers and sales people to provide prospective purchasers (buyers) with written information outlining the health hazards resulting from methamphetamine exposure; requiring real estate salespersons to take a minimum amount of training on methamphetamine health hazards and indication recognition; requiring purchase agreements to contain a methamphetamine testing option; prescribing certain restitution for failure to disclose to buyers; requiring governmental subdivision licensing home inspectors to require a minimum training time in methamphetamine health hazard exposure
