No. 1905 1.2A bill for an act 1.3relating to insurance; establishing a small group market working group; requiring 1.4a report. 1.5May 12, 2010 1.6The Honorable James P. Metzen 1.7President of the Senate 1.8The Honorable Margaret Anderson Kelliher 1.9Speaker of the House of Representatives 1.10We, the undersigned conferees for S.F. No. 1905 report that we have agreed upon 1.11the items in dispute and recommend as follows: 1.12That the House recede from its amendment and that S.F. Members of the working group new text end 1.20 new text begin shall include: new text end 1.21 new text begin (1) two representatives from the Minnesota Council of Health Plans; new text end 1.22 new text begin (2) two representatives from the Minnesota Association of Health Underwriters; new text end 1.23 new text begin (3) one representative from the Insurance Federation of Minnesota; new text end 1.24 new text begin (4) one representative from the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce; new text end 1.25 new text begin (5) one representative from the National Federation of Independent Businesses - new text end 1.26 new text begin Minnesota; new text end 1.27 new text begin (6) two representatives from employers whose businesses employ 50 employees new text end 1.28 new text begin or fewer; new text end 2.1 new text begin (7) two representatives from employers whose businesses employ between 51 and new text end 2.2 new text begin 75 full-time employees; new text end 2.3 new text begin (8) two representatives from employers whose businesses employ between 76 and new text end 2.4 new text begin 100 full-time employees; new text end 2.5 new text begin (9) one representative from employees of businesses that employ 50 employees new text end 2.6 new text begin or fewer; new text end 2.7 new text begin (10) one representative from employees of businesses that employ between 51 and new text end 2.8 new text begin 100 full-time employees; new text end 2.9     new text begin (11) two senators, including one member from the majority party and one member new text end 2.10 new text begin from the minority party, appointed by the Subcommittee on Committees of the Committee new text end 2.11 new text begin on Rules and Administration of the senate; new text end 2.12     new text begin (12) two members of the house of representatives, including one member appointed new text end 2.13 new text begin by the speaker of the house and one member appointed by the minority leader; and new text end 2.14 new text begin (13) the commissioner of commerce or the commissioner's designee. new text end 2.15 new text begin (b) The organizations listed in paragraph (a), clauses (1) through (5), must name new text end 2.16 new text begin their representatives to the commissioner of commerce no later than July 1, 2010.
