relating to natural resources; appropriating money for grants to the Star Lake
Board.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

$250,000 in fiscal year 2010 and $500,000 in fiscal year 2011 from the clean water
fund are appropriated to the Board of Water and Soil Resources for grants to the Star Lake
Board established under Minnesota Statutes, section 103B.702. The appropriation in fiscal
year 2010 is not available until October 1, 2009.
