BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

During a time period when applicable state or local law authorizes the posting
of noncommercial signs, a landlord may not prohibit a tenant from posting campaign
material in the window of the tenant's residence.
