ARTICLE 1 - APPROPRIATION

Providing a summary of appropriations; appropriating money to the supreme court for operations and civil legal services, the court of appeals, trial courts, tax court, uniform laws commission, board on judicial standards, board of public defense, public safety department for emergency management, criminal apprehension, fire marshal, alcohol and gambling enforcement, office of justice programs, and 911 emergency services/ARMER, to the peace officer standards and training (POST) board, the private detective board, human rights department, department of corrections for correctional institutions, community services and operations support and to sentencing guidelines commission

Requiring annual appropriation of money in bureau of criminal apprehension (BCA) account to commissioner of public safety

Revising employment positions covered by correctional state employees retirement plan of the Minnesota state retirement system (MSRS); repealing certain provisions relating to covered correctional services

ARTICLE 3 - CORRECTIONAL EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT PLAN II

Modifying the vesting period for a retirement annuity for the correctional state employees retirement plan; permitting a service credit transfer to the general state employees retirement plan by certain correctional employees
