Relating to education; authorizing commissioner of education to provide grants for concurrent enrollment programs in the same manner as advanced placement and international baccalaureate programs; encouraging postsecondary education establishments to apply for accreditation by the National Alliance of Concurrent Enrollment Partnership to establish a uniform standard for measuring concurrent enrollment courses; specifying accreditation as a prerequisite for receiving aid by a certain date; appropriating money to department of education for teacher training programs as well as advanced placement, preadvanced placement, international baccalaureate and concurrent enrollment programs; repealing obsolete concurrent enrollment aid provisions
