BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin MIDWEST HIGHER EDUCATION COMPACT; APPROPRIATION.

$95,000 in fiscal year 2010 and $95,000 in fiscal year 2011 are appropriated from the
general fund to the director of the Minnesota Office of Higher Education for the purposes
of the Midwest Higher Education Compact.
