 relating to natural resources; removing Bamber Lake in Olmsted County from
the public waters inventory.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin PUBLIC WATERS INVENTORY; BAMBER LAKE; OLMSTED
COUNTY.

new text begin Bamber Lake in Olmsted County is removed from the public waters inventory
established under Laws 1979, chapter 199. The commissioner of natural resources shall
revise the list of public waters and the maps required under Minnesota Statutes, section
103G.201, to reflect the removal of Bamber Lake in Olmsted County.
