BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

the general fund to the commissioner of agriculture to provide competitive grants to
eligible livestock producers under the livestock investment grant program established in
Minnesota Statutes, section 17.118.
