relating to state government; requiring state agencies to enforce rules.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin STATE AGENCY ENFORCEMENT OF RULES.

Local agencies are not required to enforce state agency rules.
