relating to human services; intermediate care facility rate increase; appropriating
money.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

The daily rate at an intermediate care facility for the developmentally disabled
established in 1974, located in Ramsey County, and currently serving eight individuals
shall be increased from $162.56 to $260.56 beginning July 1, 2009.

Sec. 2. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

$285,518 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of human
services in fiscal year 2010 for the purposes of section 1. This appropriation is added to
the base.
