1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 144.9504, is amended by adding a
1.7subdivision to read:

1.9new text begin must revise clinical and case management guidelines to include recommendations new text end
