District No. 831, Forest Lake.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 123B.79, 123B.80, or 124D.111,
subdivision 3, on June 30, 2009, Independent School District No. 831, Forest Lake,
may permanently transfer up to $750,000 from its food service fund to its undesignated
balance in the general fund.
