relating to finance; appropriating money for certain agencies to post budgets
on Web sites.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; BIENNIAL BUDGETS ON WEB SITES.

new text begin $....... in fiscal year 2010 is appropriated from the general fund to make certain state
agencies' biennial budgets available on the agencies' Web sites. Of this amount:

new text begin (1) $....... is to the commissioner of natural resources;
new text end

new text begin (2) $....... is to the Board of Water and Soil Resources; and
new text end

new text begin (3) $....... is to the commissioner of the Pollution Control Agency.
