BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$54,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2010 to the city of Spring Grove for an arts
and education project in southeast Minnesota that provides interactive distance learning in
an auditorium setting and an initial college preparation program.
