BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$47,781,000 is appropriated for fiscal year 2009 and $49,442,000 is appropriated for
fiscal year 2010 from the environmental fund to the commissioner of the Pollution Control
Agency to continue funding for the Select Committee on Recycling and the Environment
(SCORE) grants and programs.
