1.1A bill for an act 1.2relating to energy; authorizing school boards to form business entity solely for 1.3wind energy project;amending Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 123B.02, 1.4subdivision 21. 1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1.6    Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 123B.02, subdivision 21, is amended to 1.7read: 1.8    Subd. 21. Wind energy conversion system.
