1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

1.6new text begin Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 86B.706, subdivision 3, up to $150,000 new text end
1.7new text begin is appropriated in fiscal year 2009 from the water recreation account in the natural new text end
1.8new text begin resources fund to the Legislative Coordinating Commission for the following expenses of new text end
1.9new text begin the Lessard Outdoor Heritage Council: the administrative expenses of the Department new text end
1.10new text begin of Natural Resources incurred after November 15, 2008; office expenses; and per diem, new text end
1.11new text begin mileage, and lodging expenses of council members pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section new text end
1.12new text begin 97A.056, subdivision 2. The expenses of the council reimbursed under this section must new text end
