ARTICLE 1- HEALTH-RELATED PROVISIONS
Modifying certain health occupation provisions; requiring commissioner of health to enroll a licensed pharmacy or individual pharmacist as a program-registered provider in the pediatric vaccine administration program; requiring pharmacies and pharmacists providing immunizations to children under private insurance or fee-for-service arrangements that are not enrolled in the pediatric vaccine administration program to discontinue immunization services to children under private insurance of fee-for-service arrangements after a certain date; modifying the definition of practice for speech-language pathology; modifying continuing education report auditing requirements for speech-language pathologist licensees and increasing certain biennial licensure fees; modifying the definition of licensed health care professional and limited license; modifying certain occupational therapist licensure application and practitioner written documentation requirements; modifying the definition of practice of pharmacy to include participation in administration of influenza vaccines to all eligible individuals ten years of age and older; requiring the annual issuance of initial and renewal licenses for food, beverage and lodging establishments, specifying certain decal posting requirements for mobile food units, food carts and seasonal temporary food stands; requiring commissioner of health to implement a certain resident reimbursement classification minimum data set for residents of nursing homes and boarding care homes; modifying a certain health-related licensing board provision requiring board to advise a complainant of the right to appeal a decision before a specified date; requiring commissioners of health and human services to establish procedures for the transition from resource utilization groups (RUGs) to MDS 3.0; specifying instructions to the revisor of statutes; repealing certain rules

Defining terms and modifying current definitions relating to the board of social work, modifying board of social work member qualifications, membership and officers, provisional licensure supervision requirements and supervision documentation, repealing the board of social work provisional license supervised practice expiration date, documentation of supervision attestation and temporary fee reduction
