No. 1728 1.2A bill for an act 1.3relating to human services; amending child care programs, program integrity, and 1.4adult supports including general assistance medical care and group residential 1.5housing;amending Minnesota Statutes 2008, sections 119B.011, subdivision 1.63; 119B.08, subdivision 2; 119B.09, subdivision 1; 119B.12, subdivision 1; 1.7119B.13, subdivision 6; 119B.15; 119B.231, subdivision 3; 256.014, subdivision 1.81; 256.0471, subdivision 1, by adding a subdivision; 256D.01, subdivision 1b; 1.9256D.44, subdivision 3; 256I.04, subdivisions 2a, 3; 256I.05, subdivision 1k. 1.10May 18, 2009 1.11The Honorable Margaret Anderson Kelliher 1.12Speaker of the House of Representatives 1.13The Honorable James P. Metzen 1.14President of the Senate 1.15We, the undersigned conferees for H. F. No. 1728 report that we have agreed upon 1.16the items in dispute and recommend as follows: 1.17That the Senate recede from its amendment and that H. F.
