1.1A bill for an act 1.2relating to telecommunications; requiring rulemaking on local telephone 1.3directory delivery. 1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1.5    Section 1. new text begin RULE CHANGE. new text end 1.6 new text begin The Public Utilities Commission shall amend Minnesota Rules, parts 7810.2900; new text end 1.7 new text begin 7811.0600, subpart 1; and 7812.0600, subpart 1, so that no local service provider is new text end 1.8 new text begin required to provide a white pages directory for each local calling area to each customer new text end 1.9 new text begin served by that directory, unless a customer requests delivery of a directory.
