relating to criminal justice; requiring the Sentencing Guidelines Commission to
review its reports.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin SENTENCING GUIDELINES COMMISSION; REVIEW OF
REPORTS.

The Sentencing Guidelines Commission shall review its reports for consolidation or
elimination and may consider consolidating any reports with other reports or eliminating
the reports to achieve administrative convenience or fiscal savings or to reduce the burden
of reporting requirements.
