Sec. 1: Place of public accommodation language and effective date provided.

Sec. 2: Gross misdemeanor penalty established for solicitation or acceptance of solicitation to engage in prostitution in a public place.

Sec. 3: Misdemeanor penalty established for engaging in, hiring or agreeing to hire an adult to engage in prostitution, language modified.
