Relating to illegal immigration; requiring the attorney general to annually compile data collected and submitted by law enforcement agencies regarding the federal response to illegal immigration requests from law enforcement officers; requiring the attorney general to prepare certain reports relating to monitoring federal response to illegal immigration requests and costs incurred by state and local units of government and hospitals because of the presence of and contact with illegal immigrants; requiring the attorney general to annually charge back the costs to the federal government and specifying certain reporting requirements to the legislature and the governor; specifying certain reporting requirements for law enforcement agencies relating to requests to federal immigration authorities
