A bill for an act
relating to education; allowing two state education agencies to share educational
data in order to improve school instruction; amending Minnesota Statutes 2006,
section 13.32, by adding a subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2006, section 13.32, is amended by adding a subdivision
to read:

Office of Higher Education may each share educational data with the other agency for the
purpose of analyzing and improving school district instruction, consistent with Code of
Federal Regulations, title 34, section 99.31(a)(6).
