relating to natural resources; mandating classification of Mississippi Headwaters
State Forest.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin MISSISSIPPI HEADWATERS STATE FOREST; CLASSIFICATION.

The commissioner of natural resources shall classify Mississippi Headwaters State
Forest as closed. Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 84.777, subdivision 1,
paragraph (b), and 84.926, subdivision 3, the use of off-highway vehicles in Mississippi
Headwaters State Forest is prohibited.
