ARTICLE 1 - MUNICIPAL BOUNDARIES ADJUSTMENTS

Imposing powers and duties of the chief administrative law judge and eliminating certain duties of the director of the office of strategic and long range planning for municipal boundary enabling purposes; defining chief administrative law judge; modifying municipal incorporation and annexation of unincorporated property notice of intent requirements; specifying certain proposed annexation area tour requirements; modifying certain proceedings requirements for designation of unincorporated areas; modifying joint information meeting requirements; expanding certain differential taxation requirements; modifying certain powers and duties relating to dividing an existing governmental unit and alternative dispute resolutions; providing for effectuation of certain agreements; modifying municipal boundary adjustment advisory task force reporting requirements to the legislature; repealing certain provisions relating to enabling provisions for municipal boundary adjustment and delegation of authority
