Appropriating money to the commissioner of natural resources (DNR) and authorizing the issuance of state bonds for habitat and natural areas including acquiring working forest legacy easements, land for wildlife management areas, native prairie bank easements, land for scientific and natural areas, land for shoreline and aquatic habitat, stream protection and restoration projects, RIM critical habitat match, metro greenways and for parks and outdoor recreation areas and natural and scenic areas, for outdoor recreation including state park land acquisition and resource management, state park recreational facility improvements, state park north shore development, Cuyuna country recreation area enhancement, state trail acquisition and development, state trail rehabilitation, Springbrook nature center interpretive center and natural area, to the city of Bloomington for removal and replacement of the Cedar avenue trail crossing bridge, Nisswa Lake park link to the Paul Bunyan trail, Wright county regional park creation and central Minnesota regional parks and trails land acquisition, for metropolitan regional parks improvements and betterments, National Great River park development in St. Paul including the Bruce Vento nature sanctuary, to the board of water and soil resources (BOWSR) to purchase reinvest in Minnesota clean energy conservation easements, for the state match to federal grants for specific clean water and drinking water funds, the wastewater infrastructure funding program, the clean water legacy small community wastewater treatment fund, TMDL grants, clean water legacy phosphorous reduction grants and water conservation through wastewater reuse pilot
