A bill for an act
relating to capital improvements; appropriating money for the Wells Depot in the
city of Wells; authorizing the sale and issuance of state bonds.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$30,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund to the Minnesota Historical
Society for a grant to the city of Wells for predesign of the renovation of the historical
Wells Train Depot. This appropriation is available until the project is completed or
abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
