A bill for an act
 relating to early childhood education; modifying teacher licensure requirements
for early childhood family education programs; amending Minnesota Statutes
2007 Supplement, section 124D.13, subdivision 11.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2007 Supplement, section 124D.13, subdivision 11,
is amended to read:


Subd. 11.

Teachers.

A school board must employ necessary qualified teachers
