Relating to state government; providing for public assistance eligibility for I-35W bridge collapse survivors; modifying payments form other sources provisions; requiring the commissioner of human services in cooperation with the commissioners of health and housing finance to develop and implement by a certain date a demonstration project for older adult services community consortiums; specifying goals, requiring the commissioner of health to give priority to community consortiums grants; authorizing the commissioner of human services to request certain necessary federal approvals; requiring community consortiums to report certain information to the commissioner of human services for quality measures evaluation; specifying certain community consortium financing requirements; requiring the commissioners of human services, health and housing finance to evaluate the demonstration project and to deliver reports to the legislature by certain dates
