Relating to health occupations; modifying certain prohibited sexual contact actions and practitioner client-relationship provisions for complementary and alternative health care practices; adding an exception to complementary and alternative health care bill of rights for practitioners providing services to a client in a hospital setting or under an appropriate hospice plan of care, requiring patients to be made aware of right to file complaint with hospital or hospice; modifying board of medical practice physician examination requirements for the licensing of foreign medical school graduates applicants; changing certain licensing requirements for speech language pathologists and audiologists, occupational therapists and assistants and hearing instrument dispensers; redefining certain terms; modifying speech language pathologist and audiologist application requirements; modifying audiologists surcharge fee requirements; expanding penalty fees to include the use of protected titles without a current license; clarifying certain penalty fees for failing to report all continuing education hours and modifying grounds for disciplinary actions by the commissioner of health; modifying certain licensure renewal requirements for occupational therapists, modifying certain provisions relating to the use of physical agent modalities and continuing education requirements; modifying certain hearing instrument dispensers requirements relating to continuing education, trainees and penalty fees; modifying the age of individuals to which practicing pharmacists can administer influenza vaccines; establishing a marriage and family therapist duty to warn potential victims of violent threats by patients; authorizing the board of physical therapy to grant a waiver of the examination requirements to certain applicants applying for licensure
