SECOND ENGROSSMENT

Genetic handling information provisions changed.

Section 1: Collection, storage, use, and dissemination of genetic information language is modified. Language now includes, "Notwithstanding this subdivision, the Department of Health's collection, storage, use, and dissemination of genetic information and blood specimens for testing infants for heritable and congenital disorders are governed by sections 144.125 to 144.128."

Section 2: Objection of parents to test language is modified.

Section 3: Newborn screening report language is provided.
