State park provisions modified relating to park names, permits, campfires and forest roads; all-terrain vehicle provisions modified, authority modified for monument designation and water access site acquisition, and requirements eliminated.

Section 1: Prohibitions on youthful operators language is modified.

Section 2: Confirmation of creation and establishment of state parks, state recreation areas, and waysides language is modified.

Section 3: Interstate State Park, Chisago County, is hereby renamed from Dalles of Saint Croix State Park.

Section 4: St. Croix is stricken from the language; title is modified to Wild River State Park, Chisago County.

Section 5: Names, acquisition; administration language is modified.

Section 6: Interstate State Park language is modified.

Section 7: Grand Portage State Park language is modified.

Section 8: Not to be left burning language is modified.

Section 9: Alternative recording for state forest road language is modified.
