relating to human services; appropriating money for the Open Door Health
Center.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; OPEN DOOR HEALTH CENTER.

$350,000 in fiscal year 2009 is appropriated from the general fund to the
commissioner of human services to be transferred to the Open Door Health Center to act as
bridge funding to meet the demand for health care services in medically underserved areas.
