treatment services.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$....... in fiscal year 2009 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of public safety for a grant to a nonprofit organization that provides family substance
abuse treatment services in Blue Earth County. The organization must offer residential
treatment programs that serve chemically dependent women and their children.
