BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$500,000 in fiscal year 2008 and $500,000 in fiscal year 2009 are appropriated from
the general fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a
grant under Minnesota Statutes, section 116J.421, to the Rural Policy and Development
Center.
