relating to health; appropriating money for the birth defects information system.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin MINNESOTA BIRTH DEFECTS INFORMATION SYSTEM.

$1,500,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of health to
maintain the birth defects information system that was established by Minnesota Statutes,
section 144.2215. The appropriation is available for the biennium ending June 30, 2009.
