relating to education; extending the compensatory revenue test score pilot
program; appropriating money; amending Laws 2005, First Special Session
chapter 5, article 1, section 50, subdivision 3.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Laws 2005, First Special Session chapter 5, article 1, section 50, subdivision
3, is amended to read:
Subd. 3.
Report.
The commissioner of education must submit a new text begin preliminary
new text end report by February 15, 2008, new text begin and a final report by February 15, 2010, new text end to the education
committees of the legislature evaluating the effectiveness of the pilot program.

The sums appropriated in this section are appropriated from the general fund to
the commissioner of education for the fiscal years designated for the compensatory
revenue test score pilot program under Laws 2005, First Special Session chapter 5, article
1, section 50:
